Invisible Rush — Developed by Games Factory Dev

This Privacy Policy applies to the Invisible Rush mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), developed by Games Factory Dev (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) as an ad-supported service. The Application is provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind.

Information Collection and Use

The Application may collect certain information automatically when you download and use it, including but not limited to:

  • Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address
  • Application screens visited, time and date of visits, and duration of use
  • Total time spent using the Application
  • Device type and operating system
  • Performance data and crash reports

⚠️ The Application does not collect precise or approximate location data of users and does not request location permissions.

This information is used solely for operational purposes such as:

  • Improving game performance
  • Fixing bugs and crashes
  • Enhancing user experience

Leaderboards (GDevelop)

The Application includes a Leaderboard feature powered by the GDevelop game engine.

  • Player scores are stored on GDevelop servers
  • Scores may be associated with a technical identifier or nickname
  • The Service Provider does not manually manage or access these servers

“Connect” Button

When displaying the leaderboard, a “Connect” button may appear automatically:

  • This button redirects users to the GDevelop website to create a GDevelop account
  • This behavior is part of GDevelop’s built-in system
  • The Service Provider did not intentionally add this button and has no technical ability to remove it

Any data entered while creating a GDevelop account is governed solely by GDevelop’s Privacy Policy.

Personal Information

The Application does not require users to provide personal information directly. If any data is provided through third-party services (such as GDevelop), it is subject to those third parties’ privacy policies. The Service Provider does not sell or directly share users’ personal data.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that may collect information according to their own privacy policies, including:

May collect general technical and diagnostic data.

Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers, cookies, and general usage data to display personalized or non-personalized ads.

  • With trusted service providers acting on behalf of the Service Provider under confidentiality obligations

Opt-Out Rights

Users can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process provided by their device or app store.

Data Retention Policy

Collected technical data is retained for as long as the Application is used and for a reasonable period thereafter.

Children’s Privacy

The Application does not target children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal data, such data will be deleted immediately. Parents or guardians may contact the Service Provider for assistance.

The Service Provider takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect collected information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
